Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Proveli Brands (“Proveli,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with Proveli Hub (the “Application”), our internal employee platform. This Application is used exclusively by authorized employees and contractors of Proveli Brands across its brands and departments. It is not directed at, and is not available to, the general public.

1. Information We Collect

When you sign in to the Application, we collect a limited set of information from your authentication provider (Google Sign-In, via our authentication processor Clerk), consisting solely of:

  • Your name;
  • Your email address;
  • Basic profile information (such as your profile photo), where available.

We do not request or collect any other Google account data, and we do not collect passwords — authentication is handled entirely by our identity provider.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above solely to:

  • Verify your identity and confirm that you are an authorized user of the Application;
  • Route you to the specific internal applications and tools that have been assigned to you based on your role, department, or brand;
  • Maintain basic account and access records for internal security and audit purposes.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your information to any third party. We do not share your information with third parties except as necessary to operate the Application (see Section 4) or as required by law.

3. Google User Data

Proveli Hub’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Information obtained through Google Sign-In is used exclusively to authenticate your identity and to route you to the internal applications assigned to you, as described in Section 2, and is never used for advertising or sold to third parties.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate the Application, and only to the extent necessary for them to perform their function on our behalf:

  • Clerk — authentication and session management;
  • Neon (Postgres) — secure database hosting;
  • Vercel — application hosting and infrastructure.

These providers are contractually and technically restricted from using your information for any purpose other than providing services to Proveli Brands.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your information is stored in an encrypted database and accessed only over secure connections. Authentication sessions are managed by Clerk using secure, httpOnly cookies. Access to production data is limited to authorized Proveli Brands personnel who need it to operate or support the Application.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as you remain an active employee or contractor with access to the Application. When your employment or engagement ends, your access is revoked and your account information is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, security, or audit purposes.

7. Cookies

The Application uses cookies set by our authentication provider (Clerk) solely to keep you signed in and to secure your session. These are functional, httpOnly cookies — we do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Application is an internal workplace tool intended solely for use by adult employees and contractors of Proveli Brands. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information at any time by contacting your internal IT or People Operations team, or by emailing privacy@proveli.com.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Application or applicable law. The “Last updated” date above indicates when this policy was last revised. Material changes will be communicated to users through the Application or via internal channels.
